A first call is short.
Twenty minutes, usually. You describe the situation in whatever detail you are comfortable with; we tell you honestly whether it is our kind of work, what the first step would be, and what it would cost to find out more. If we are not the right hands for it, we say so and, where we can, point you to better ones.
